I don't think you will find intraday data for free on the net.
What data do you require? futures, stocks? How far back?
For cheap intraday, I would recommend: http://pitrading.com/historical_data.htm
For modest priced, lower level tick data, only one source:
http://tickdata.com/html/products.html
