Dear News Group Readers,
Are we fooled by randomness when we believe that
Peter Lynch, Warren Buffett, George Soros, and Bill Miller
are excelent stock market investors and that their fortune
comes from their skills and business talent? Or are they some
kind of stochastic phenomenon (extremely lucky)?
I personaly believe one can beat the market by advanced technical
and fundamental business analyses on weak efficient stocks.
