Is there currently in existence an ETF based on Wisdom Tree or Research
Affiliates type fundamental weighting for global/all world equities?

The ETF screeners I have tried slice and dice by performance, but not so
much by characterization.

Thanks.

Was looking for a non-cap weighted total markets index. Haven't found it
yet.

I can build it myself, but was hoping for a retail product. The $17
Trillion US stock market capitalization looks outsize compared to the US
GDP($12 Trillion). There are many countries where the market cap is smaller
than GDP. Maybe the US doesn't deserve 27% of the world market cap.

Wanted a single equity fund that would be as neutral as possible. Will
probably put 70% of cash into an ex-US fund.

And yes I know my numbers are all very stale. Was looking at 2007 from
Wikipedia and The Economist.

So now I'm looking for an ex-US Wisdom Tree or RAFI fund.

What's wrong with VEU?

Nothing. Except it appears cap weighted. Want to avoid the momentum
popularity contest and try a more value weighted yet passive algorithm. WT
and RAFI claim to do that.
