Hey RAT,
This appears to be your style of BLITZING the Internet chat rooms, with
your recent and latest BOGUS MLM scheme using the PAS system and or the
Google Ad Sense!!! The more visits you get to your site, the more
income you might receive!!!
Gee Rick, how stupid is this?
Everyone should be aware of Rick Ratchford, aka ProfitMaxTrading,
Fdates, Amazing Accuracy, Equalizer, Z Trader, etc......, that they
should NEVER click on any links that Rick provides!!! Every click,
provides Rick with potential "Advertisement income." If you happen to
click a link on by mistake, do yourself a favor and clean your machine,
and immediately clean and delete your cookies, run scandisk and defrag,
and check for spyware. The reason why you should protect yourself at
all levels, is because Rick will trace your IP address when you click
on any of his links to his websites that he provides, and he will track
you down and use that information against you, if you ever speak up and
say anything bad about Rick's WORTHLESS services. A reminder to Rick
Ratchford......remember GlennMac!!!!! Do a search in this MIF site, and
you'll see what I mean!!!
Whether it is RAT'S latest MLM Ethos or MLM PAS crap, or his PATHETIC
back links to theTradersCastle.com website, or linking SPAM to his
Fdates or ProfitMaxTrading.com websites, these Internet games that Rick
plays, is getting RIDICULOUS!!!! This latest link, is just another
SPAM tactic, that Rick is using to re-invent himself, and to get you to
fall for his BS, and Rick wants you to click on his ads, so Rick can
get paid from Google or from a potential PAS newbie, who might be
stupid enough to fall for his BS.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Sincerely,
gerillio.
PS. Why doesn't Rick tell us who owns and moderates the TradersCastle
site.....and why does Rick Ratchford, have to use so many FAKE NAMES,
to plug and promote his WORTHLESS MLM CRAP and his Fdate and Ceppro
CRAPOLA!!!!

I guess in this thread, Ratchford attacks a former student by revealing
his identity. This is a prime reason, why Ratchford wants your sign-in
information, credit card numbers, mailing address, email address, and
along with this, he also keeps a file on you, along with possibly
sensoring your posts in his private pay site. Does Rick also hide the
identities of his pay site members? If Rick's pay site is sensored, and
posts from other members are sensored, what is he protecting it from?
Something isn't right with this picture, is it?
We also find out that private emails that are shared between Ratchford
and his pay site clients, are kept for future use in case Rick needs to
make counter claim or a possible promotional plug, in case one of his
former clients speaks up against Rick. One question I have on this, is
this LEGAL? Why would anyone risk having their personal emails, or
other information that they consider "private," being exposed without
your permission, and especially when your private emails, are in the
hands of Ratchford. Just think about this, when you are signing up, and
when you have to reveal this information, to get into Ratchford's
paysite. Someday, it may come back to haunt you....and in this case, I
am sure Glen wished that he never met Ratchford. Sounds to me, it was a
waste of time and effort on Glen's part.
Sincerely,
gerillio.

Subject: key to Ratchford's downfall?
An interesting week in MIF land, a former subscriber posts a
recommendation
basically telling people to stay away from Ratchford and his phony
fdates.
Ratchford backed off bashing him here, does glenmac hold the key to
bringing
down the ratboy once and for all?

Rick
I guess I'm going to become emnroiled in a public slanging match with
you
afterall.
You omit to mention the fact that you had requested that an e-mail be
sent to
betterdesgn, as you were taking some heat.
You also fail to mention that betterdesgn had sent me proof that you
had
created James Donaldson, you misrepresented to the membership that he
had
joined us when in fact you later admitted that he had not.
I'm not influenced by what goes on in here at all, I told you before
that I
thought you were going to get into trouble by behaving the way you did
and it
seems as though I was correct.
At the time I was a member, I received several e-mail messages from
other
members showing their irritation with you, many left as I did. When I
was
critical of your live cattle forecast, several members wrote to thank
me, they
had lost a lot of money and my comments allowed them to step back and
wonder
why they were listening to your forecasts.
Did you get some forecasts right, of course you did, but often those
rules were
adjusted to make a winning forecast appear that way.
I stand by my recommendation that a trader would do well to avoid your
membership, their wallets will benefit from that advice.

Subject: From an actual fdates customer
I'm a former fdates customer of Rick Ratchford and have been reading
this
newsgroup for a number of years on and off.
He does offer some good ideas and he does have the forum for customers.
However
you can expect a toned down version of the rehtoric from here on the
forum, in
other words don't make any critical postings or you will have to stroke
his
massive ego!
The thing I didn't like about it, aside from having some of my posts
censored,
was the sales pitch, buy my calculator, buy my book, come to my
training class,
buy my system for a limited time. Before you know it you have dropped a
few
bucks, oh and you have to make a few trades too.
My advice to people stay away from it, buy some books, read them, paper
trade
on the online services but save your money from services like fdates,
it will
not work for you. The turnover in the group is very high, yes there
were people
who claimed they made a bundle, but some of those were suspect, more
importantly there were a number who lost a bundle and they far exceeded
those
who claimed to have won.
I'm sure Rick will respond, saying I praised him before etc. and yes I
did, but
I was also critical to his face too, so take from it what you will.

Rick
I stand by what was written as being based on fact. I didn't really
expect you
to agree with what was written, so your response doesn't come as a
surprise.
I elected not to buy your fdates program, it wasn't a case of you not
selling
it to me. My basis for not buying it was based only on the fact that
you would
only take cash and not credit cards and that the strings attached,
i.e., sold
as is. It did not provide a good comfort level for the $5,000 that you
were
asking.
If I had more time and space I would have expanded on my experiences
with you
and my experience with fdates. What was written, I felt provided a
balanced
report of an actual experience of a customer and what any customer
could expect
from you and your services.
My recommendation to stay away still stands.

Rick
You have made an incorrect accusation here in public against me.
I have viewed the postings here by Unknown Trader, it is clear he has
REPOSTED
several postings from myself and others. There is no indication
anywhere that
he identified himself as anything other than Unknown Trader.
The fact that these postings were clearly marked repost and were from
different
original authors, even to an internet novice, which you are not makes,
your
attack and defamatory comments a malicious act.
You will post here forthwith an immediate apology and retraction.

Those statements don't gel, first you state as fact that UK identified
himself,
he did not, then you state that you take back your assumption, nowhere
in your
posting did you state you were making assumptions.
Further you have once again violated my privacy, I only identified
myself as
Glen M, as a former customer of yours. It is at the least unethical for
you to
release my name without my permission.
Finally you state that it should be me that should apolgize. I post
what I
would consider to be a balanced view of your service, as a former
customer. You
solicit in the public domain and make claims about your service in the
public
domain therefore I am entitled to state my experience to the public.
It is a real stretch of the imagination to find anything in my postings
that
would come close to being a personal attack on you. Yes, I said you
lacked
discipline, you may not like to hear that, but sorry thats the truth as
i see
it, and I'm sure there are many who agree with me.

Hey Ratchford,
I like the part where a former pay site member GlennMac, says you are a
pushy salesman.....buy this book, buy that software, buy my book, buy
my software.....oh, you need another 2 months to learn it, so please
stick around.....or you might tell your newbie that they have to buy
all of your software packages, and all of your books, in order for them
to fully understand where you are coming from, etc.....once you get the
newcomer into your site, more BS spews out of your mouth. You are
actually making money off of SALES, and NOT from trading the markets,
and you are making outrageous claims that your methods work, in
realtime trading......HOOK, LINE, and SINKER!!!
All you do is TROLL and SPAM these newsgroups and chat rooms, and once
you get a newbie into your site, and they read your comments, they
might be somewhat surprised and eager to buy anything and everything
that you put on their plate. Sure, they see your fluffy commentary,
but their is NO ACTUAL proof that your methods are +80% accurate. As a
matter of fact, GlennMac said that more people LOST money, using your
methods, than made money!! This is why they left, and your turnover
rate was and still is, very high. This is the sole reason why you keep
TROLLING for newcomers, as you need their money, to make a living!!
By the way Rick, being you have at least 47 FAKE alias names in this
site, do you also use FAKE ALIAS names in your private site? Do you
mislead the newcomers, into buying more of your worthless products, by
posing as a long term member, bragging up how well you are doing with
Rick's products? I guess it wouldn't surprise me, if you created
several fake names, and used them to chit-chat in your private site. If
any current or former pay site members are reading this, perhaps they
could supply some names and documents, and just print them off and send
them to the CFTC. I am sure they would be interested in anyone who
comes forth, and shares REAL information, about Ratchford's pay site.
Sincerely,
gerillio.
