In which the worst case scenario would be that you have to
buy the stock at the strike price, but above the market price.
I'll look into the book though.
I guess what I am looking for is a book that is purely about
pyramiding into and out of a stock. I once read about Martin
Schwartz, that he used a technique he called "The Harmonica".
He bought a stock or future on the way up, and sold it on the
way down. That way he could join a (short term) trend, and
ride it up, without a lot of risk.
I'm looking for more strategies like that.
