PIVOT MAGIC JOURNAL - LITE (E-mini Excerpt)
Good morning,
In yesterday's PERSPECTVE (Daily chart) we pondered:
"Looks like the retest of the blue Historical S/R line has
officially failed. Only question remaining is will the
BBs breathe first, or make use of the Bull Momentum right
away on Wednesday?"
NOT!
Luckily, we also recommended:
"REMEMBER: Trade the Tape, Not my Prognostics!"
A 35 point range-day, but we had to wrestle to extract
our few small bites. That's the trouble when the PLs are
so far apart!
And Thursday?
Be well,
************************
PERSPECTIVE
(Daily, bottom right chart)
Bit of a surprise as Bear retracement plunges to close, nose down,
flush against the 50% Retracement level (red line). Notice this
level appears to be the axis of lots of Historical S/R.
More alarming, however, is the near achievement of the 62% frontier.
Doesn't look like it on the chart, but there's only 25 points
between the 50 (1480.50) and 62% (1455.50) levels. Crossing the 62%
retracement level, the Bears would turn this into a rout, a
large-scale Reversal of trend.
SUMMATION
Per usual, the Fed screwed with the interest rate. Too late, they
now give back too little to slow the collateral damage caused by
their inhibiting laissez faire capitalism in the first place.
They of course profit either way.
The battle at 62% might be fierce.
REMEMBER: Trade the Tape, Not my Prognostics!
Asher
