Let me try to help you here.
If the original forecast was made PRIOR to the event, which is the reality
with the British Pound forecast, that is called "before-the-fact" and is
indeed a 'forecast'. And since it is quite clear to all who read the
forecast that it was made long in advance, saying otherwise only exposes
your deceptive attempts to misdirect.
And one more item. It's "after-the-fact", not "after the fact". If you feel
the need to deceive, misdirect and further discredit yourself, at least do
so with proper formatting.
