Since I'm bailing on this group in 1 month and will be out of the
country for awhile I figured I'd go ahead with 10 trades. What the
heck. I have nothing to lose. p.s. I was just doing a promo blitz
before heading out. We are going to buy new clothes and shoes again

Why don't you BAIL today and get the heck out of here, and take your
buddy RAT with you!!
So, once again, you change the rules midstream. I said you do a total
of 10 trades, in Wheat, Corn, and Soybeans, over the Summer months.
This doesn't mean you wonder off and do 10 trades in other markets, in
one week. This doesn't mean you do 10 trades in 2 weeks. What it means
is, if you see a trade set up in either of those three markets, you
forecast the swing top/bottom, and say where you bought/sold, the date
and the time, along with the price you were filled at, and then you
place your stops and targets where you would get out. It is simple to
understand, but so convenient of you to wiggle around it. This is
typical of vendors like yourself. You squirm when the truth is told
about your shinanigans. You CAN'T accept the fact that what your are
PEDDLING, DOESN'T work in the real time world. This is why you duck and
run, when challenged to prove your methods work as well as you claim
they do.
Legan said, "I was only doing a promo blitz..." So, in other words,
this is how you suck in the newbies, to your pay site!! You are
pathetic Legan!! Your charts and your website looks like it was a
mop-up job, put together by some grade school kid doing a class project
over the weekend. Your charts and analysis, looks like it can go either
way, with targets all over the place, wavy lines, colored charts,
covering yourself if the market goes up, and covering yourself if the
market goes down.
Why don't you take the high tide out of town, and surf your way out?
You and your buddy Ricky RAT Ratchford, need to understand whoever
copies the other persons trade forecast first, the other person can
tweak it a little bit, and still be able to call it his own trade. RAT
is well known to COPY Don Fisher's DGL posts. RAT like to ride on
Don's analysis, because Don is very well respected and Don is an honest
person. His DGL method has won awards, and it is a ligitimate method,
with proven results. Don is very generous, when he posts his charts.
This is why RAT uses it, and RAT takes all the credit for it when he
posts charts. On many occasions, RAT doesn't call it the DGL when he
uses it. Many times, RAT simply calls it his "proprietary cycle
method, and he put it into an Excel program, and slightly tweaked the
numbers just enough so he could get away from being identical to the
DGL numbers. RAT has also done the same thing when he COPIED Don Hall's
Pyrapoint method. RAT posts a partial chart, with a portion of the DGL
method inside of it, and he calls it his "proprietary cycle method."
This is what newcomers pay for, when you sign into RAT's pay site.
Pretty simple to understand, when one considers RAT has COPIED other
peoples methods, for his promtional use and services.
What is it with these vendors and salesman, who like to prey on
newbies, by saying I have a charity that I give to with my profits.
This is a classic sucker play. Buying new clothes and shoes for
orphans, is a nice promotion Dale, but you really need to understand
that we simply don't believe your BS anymore. You have been caught
LYING on numerous occasions, so why try and make yourself appear to be
this savior for little kids? You should be ashamed of yourself, trying
to promote yourself and your website in this manner. Your cockiness and
arrogance, really tops out on this one. Leave while you can, and the
sooner the better!!

Looks like a fundraiser for the Legan's?? Seems to me, both Daddy Legan
and son Dale, are both involved with running some sort of Yahoo side
show. How in the heck does a person follow this BS? Once they suck you
into their website, prices increase? Flood the chatrooms, with
glorified posts, making it appear that Dale Legan is a very successful
and accurate trader. Pathetic Dale, really pathetic!!
These are some posts from Legan's Yahoo site. Notice how Daddy's
comments flow with getting as much money from the newbies as they can.
Do you split the pot at the end of the week? From increasing prices, to
giving deadlines to lock in subscription price increases...better sign
up now before prices increase, is a good way to suck in the newcomers
and get them to part with their hard earned money. From your tracking
and tracing IP numbers, to an all out blitz of BS promotions and
seminars and fundraisers held at airports and hotels, is ridiculous!!
What a FARCE!! Both Daddy and Dale, are full of &*it!! What we have is
the traveling 2 man Legan Circus show!! Let's see how many newbies we
can suck in this week. Does "cash" sales get reported to the IRS? Larry
Williams tried to hide it, and he got caught in Australia. I wonder how
many "cash sales," are being done at these seminars that are held at
the Airports and Hotels? How many "cash sales," are being done with
these subscriptions and newsletters? What's up with Legan when he says
he will NOT trade Index or Currency markets, and ONLY trade options in
the other markets? Not enough margin money?

Happy Spring!!
Being a "Cycle Person" it should be of no suprise to you that I plan my
year and business changes according to Cycles. Dec 21st-March 21st I
did a tremendous amount of CSI's. It was the winter as the seed
prepared to be sown. I have great plans that require a long term view
and bringing people up with me.
Very soon the Cycle Surfer 5.0 Software will be ready for a lease month
to month basis. I will provide the inital project files, teach you how
to build and update models. During your apprentiship you will be
required to submit your charts to the platinum group and share them
with others. You will be required to participate in "class" and work
with your partner. This will give us great leverage in what can be
covered as well as give different time frame and data set length
(scope) estimations to come to a consenses of turning dates, momentum,
and direction.
More information will be comming soon. This isn't going to be for
everyone, in fact probably not for most of you. Also, I can only
handle 8-10, as those are trained then others can join and those 8-10
become mentors and we build THE Online Cycle Trading Community. One
thing for sure is that the sofware is part of the Platinum Subscription
and I'll cut down on the number of things I update daily and do more
technical work on what I like. Grains, Softs, Meats, Metals, sometimes
Energies.
I'm almost ready to begin accepting managed accounts. I will trade
primarily options in only the grains, meats, softs, metals, or energy
markets. I will not trade Index's or Currencies.
