Tradtional IRA/SEP to Roth Steve M 11-06-2006

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I'm hoping to get an
answer from the group. I am 58 with all my IRA/SEP in Traditional
IRA's. I plan to draw SSI when I turn 66 and use my IRA's starting at
591/2. I'm in the .15 tax bracket and currently umemployed (and
hoping to remain so).

Should I convert to Roth's?

Do I have to convert all my IRA's to Roth's or can I just convert one
or two?

Should I start drawing SSI at 63 instead of 66
(advantages/disadvantages)?

Thank you.
