Try asking on the tax forum: http://groups.google.com/group/misc.taxes.moderated/topics?hl=en&lnk=srg I think any good CPA should be familiar with investment taxation, but you should read up on it at the IRS pages beforehand to direct the CPA, line up your questions, and to check their work.
