I have a performance bonus that is payed every July. This July it was
approx. 49K I took 25 K in the company. It is a small company that I
work for. We are looking into a defered compensation plan with our SEP
Broker R. Baird Company. He says it might be very expensive with only
2-3 people participating. Can I just leave my funds in the company 7
day floater( currently approx. 4% yield) until I decide to take it
out? I have my reasons for not wanting to take it out which I will
answer if necessary. Yes I will have maxed out my SEP ( $10,500) by
Sept. What alternatives does a small company have for deferred
compensation plans?
