Any suggestions ? Which Credit Card offers the best REWARDS ?

I am fedup with CapitalOne...I have a visa card with them. Their
security system is constantly flagging even tiny purchases and
refusing to allow the transaction to go thru. Like having an
unreliable car that is constantly breaking down.

As a result, I am looking for a new credit card with the BEST rewards-
preferably Cash back rewards.

I have excellent credit. Always pay the ENTIRE balance on the first
due date so interest rates etc are not important for me.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks,

Irfan Whitehead

for our family, an American Express Cash Back/Cash Rebate (green card in color)
offers
the best 5% on groceries and fuel, all other items between 1-1.5%

since we spend over 3k per month (and pay it off each month), we meet the 6.5k
annual
requirement before end of march and enjoy the rebates from there, even before
that we
still get at least 1%

since we buy 1.5k in food and fuel each month, that is the best card for us.

Discover and Visa have some specialty programs but I don't like the limits they
impose, ie. Discover Open Road offers only 5% on the first 100 spent on fuel.

We have the Chase Freedom Mastercard. 3% back on gas purchases, 1%
back on everything else. The money comes back to you in the form of a
deduction off your balance due --the $$number is right there on your
statement for you to check over each month. We pay our balance off
each month too & have never paid a penny in interest so we have no
idea what the interest rate is. We have never had ANY trouble of any
kind with this Chase Freedom card.
